Are There Good Fats and Bad Fats?
There are bad fats, but it will probably surprise you. Saturated fats are actually GOOD fats. There is no substantial evidence that saturated fats contribute to heart disease! Bad fats include processed refined oils (vegetable oil, corn oil, etc.).
